ENQUIRIES & BOOKING
Please check the calendar for
available dates (although this does not guarantee that a recent booking has
not been made) or contact the SSC office.
The Stanley Nairne Centre Booking Form should be used to
book the Centre. We will send you one on request, or clickhere to download it in PDF format.
The cost per stay is calculated at £11.00 per person for
each overnight stay (bed night) multiplied by the number of people in your
group. (This will change to £12.00 from 1st January 2009.) There is, however, a minimum charge based on 15 people in
residence.
Groups usually arrive from late afternoon onwards, e.g.
after 4pm, and depart before midday, although this is often flexible
depending on other bookings. Please follow the procedures below when
making a booking.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
Contact the SSC office to check
availability of the Centre.
If the Centre is available, a provisional booking should
be agreed at this point (the booking will be held for 14 days).
Within the next 14 days, please return the tear off slip
from the booking form, together with the appropriate deposit (25% of the final cost), or
else the booking may be given to another party (if an extension on the time
is required, please telephone the SSC office). Bookings can only be
confirmed following receipt of a deposit of 25% of the final cost. An
invoice for the balance due will be sent after your stay. Please read terms and conditions of use.

We are keen to attract new clients and would welcome all
kinds of enquiries. If this requires negotiating a different booking
method and/or costs, e.g. day hire rates, we will endeavour to meet the
needs of your group. Please contact us if you have any queries
although changes to normal procedures may not always be possible due to
other bookings. Please feel free to pass this form onto other
potential users if you are unable to make a booking at this moment,
alternately contact the office and we can send you more brochures.
Further information regarding the centre or the work of
the SSC in general can be accessed through contacting the SSC office.
A map and directions for the centre will be emailed or posted to you, along
with any other information required on receipt of your application form.
